and develop links of communication with more people. It is like a harmony;
it plays sweet and melodious sound.

correspondence in tone. I named this laboratory ACCORD, hoping that the
networking of the persons who meet here will develop links with other people
tuning in harmony.
As a car named Accord is popular and famous in Japan, I propose that ACCORD
here should be pronounced like a French, neglecting the last D-sound.
